The FTIR Topnir on-line Analyzer AS300 is a turn-key system executing all the functions required for efficient, reliable, robust and accurate on-line analysis.
It is a multi stream analyzer, allowing analyzing up to eight (8) streams, each stream being analyzed with a dedicated measurement cell.
The Topnir Analyzer is a multi-cells system using fiber optics. It features up to eight independent cells light sourced by a static optical multiplexer and connected to a multi detector channel (up to eight independent detectors). This unique design allows avoiding any contamination between the streams and having a very short response time.
The NIR measurement cell is a unique design patented and ensuring an accurate and repeatable analysis.
Typical ancillaries delivered with the online Topnir Analyzer are mainly:
- Sample Conditioning System (SCS)
- Cell Cabinet
- Washing / Validation system
- Sample Recovery System (SRS)
- Outlier auto-grabbing system
Depending on the site conditions a fast loop pump, Water chiller, Analyzer Shelter and other hardware needed to ensure a complete online analysis solution can be provided.
