Sample collected is kept under pressure during homogenization, sub sampling and analysis at 35\u00b0C into the FTIR optical cell and TOPNIR modelling applied for Crude Oil properties prediction. This technology is specified by ISO 3170\/71 as the best method giving analytical results that agree closely with on line analysis for split phase products.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bitumen and residues are auto sampled by the ISOSAMPLE B10 and continuously diluted at constant ratio in Toluene in order to keep the resulting sample pour-point below ambient temperature even for heavier vacuum residues. Manual sub sampling is achieved at ambient temperature for safe and simplified procedure and analysis into the FTIR optical cell operated at 35\u00b0C is resulting to spectra representing molecular structure of the mixture.
